Avon's core beauty products and related brands, such as Avon Color, ANEW, Skin-So-Soft, Advance Techniques, Avon Naturals, and mark., represent 71 percent of the company's business. Also, Avon offers a growing line of fashion, jewelry, accessories, home and children's products. In addition to the extensive Avon costume jewelry offerings, in 2010, Avon acquired Silpada Designs, Inc., the largest direct seller of sterling silver jewelry, with operations in the U.S., Canada and the U.K. In the same year Avon also acquired the U.K.-based company Liz Earle Beauty Co. Limited, a privately held brand of naturally active skincare products sold primarily through direct-to-consumer channels.
